At Pizza Punks, we’ve never believed that “smaller” should mean “less.” Less flavour. Less freedom. Less fun. Absolutely not.

That’s why we’re ridiculously excited to introduce the newest member of the Pizza Punks family: the Pizzetta. Our brand-new 6” mini sourdough pizza launches in all Pizza Punks restaurants from 12 May 2026.

Why We Created the Pizzetta

We know life looks a bit different right now.

People want lunches that don’t destroy the bank balance. Some guests are looking for lighter meals. Others want more protein, fewer calories, or simply something quick that still tastes incredible. And honestly? We get it.

But we also knew one thing from the start: we were never going to compromise on what makes Pizza Punks, Pizza Punks.

So instead of creating a “diet pizza” or a stripped-back version of the real thing, we built something new entirely. The Pizzetta is designed for those moments when you want all the flavour and craft of a full Pizza Punks pizza, just in a lighter, more flexible format.

The Dough Still Comes First

Every single pizza we serve starts with our signature triple-fermented sourdough.

That dough spends a minimum of 72 hours fermenting before it ever gets near the oven, creating the blistered crust that gives Pizza Punks its unmistakable crunch, chew, and flavour.

It’s the reason our crust crackles when you bite into it.
It’s the reason people obsess over the texture.
And it’s the reason we refused to change a thing for the Pizzetta.

Whether you order a full 12” pizza or a 6” Pizzetta, you’re getting the exact same dough, made the exact same way.

Because shortcuts? Not very punk.

The best thing about Pizza Punks has always been the freedom to build your pizza exactly the way you want it.

Unlimited toppings for one flat price changed the game for our guests, and we weren’t about to take that away just because the pizza got smaller.

The Pizzetta gives you the exact same creative freedom as our full-size pizzas. Pick your base, sauce, cheese, proteins, and toppings and build it however you like.

Want to go all-in? Do it.
Keeping things lighter? Easy.
Chasing protein goals? We’ve got options for that too.

By building smart from our topping menu, guests can create a Pizzetta that comes in at under 500 calories while delivering 35–40g of protein, without sacrificing flavour or satisfaction.

Basically: this is the anti-sad-desk-salad.
