We first opened our doors in Glasgow, September 2016 with our flagship punk base on St Vincent Street. Our Punk’d Up sourdough pizzas went down a treat and since then we have grown our punk gang, topping choices, feisty sides and killer cocktail list!

We are advocates of freedom and expression, of making your own choices and not playing by the rules. We believe in positive change and giving you the freedom to be who you are.

As a fast-growing independent company, we love challenging “the norm” with our anarchist and anti-establishment outlook. We stick the finger up to the corporate chains run by money men – by putting people and products before profit.

We are motivated by our desire to provide unique dining experiences on every occasion and give our customers exactly what they want. We love what we do, and love making our guests happy whilst having fun.

KNOW YOUR DOUGH

Our sourdough is made using a mature starter culture sourced from San Francisco. A well aged sourdough starter has a stronger and more distinctive flavour than one recently started from scratch. And ours is handmade in-house daily before being proofed for 48 hours for maximum flavour.
